1. What AlphaPips Capital is — and is not
AlphaPips Capital is an education and software company. We teach how the financial markets work and we build helper tools that support learning and self-review: a structured academy, a video and reading library, a trading journal, calculators, an economic calendar, community spaces and related features.
We are not a financial-services firm. AlphaPips Capital does not provide:
- Brokerage services or order execution of any kind.
- Funded accounts, trading capital, proprietary-trading challenges for capital, or any form of financing.
- Management of client money or investment portfolios.
- Personalized or individual investment advice.
- Trading signals or binding buy/sell recommendations.
- Guarantees of profit, income or any financial outcome.
Every trading or investment decision you make is made by you, on your own accounts, at your own risk, and is entirely your own responsibility.
2. Educational content
Courses, lessons, videos, books, articles and webinars express general knowledge, methods and the opinions of their authors. They are prepared with care, but they are general education — they do not take your personal circumstances into account and can never substitute for professional advice.
Any examples, case studies or results shown in educational material are illustrations for learning purposes. They are not typical outcomes and are not promises of what you will achieve.
3. Tools are aids, not advisers
The platform includes helper tools — the trading journal, statistics and analytics, risk and position-size calculators, the economic calendar, market news and the AI coach. All of them share one nature:
- They organize and reflect information — your own recorded data or publicly available data. They do not predict markets and do not tell you what to trade.
- Their output is only as accurate as the inputs; verify anything important independently.
- AI-generated feedback is automated commentary on the data you recorded. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it is never financial advice.
4. Third-party market data
Economic-calendar events, news headlines and market statistics are sourced from third-party providers and are shown “as is”. They may be delayed, revised, incomplete or occasionally inaccurate, and forecasts they contain belong to their publishers. We display this data as an educational convenience — it is not a signal, and we accept no liability for decisions based on it.
5. Your account and acceptable use
To keep the platform safe and fair for every member, you agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
- Keep your sign-in credentials private; your account is personal and non-transferable.
- Not share, resell or redistribute your access, or any paid content, outside the platform.
- Not scrape, copy at scale, reverse-engineer or disrupt the service.
- Not use the platform for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful to other members.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
6. Intellectual property
All platform content — courses, videos, books, articles, indicators, tools, design and code — is the property of AlphaPips Capital or its licensors. Your membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning. Republishing, recording, reselling or distributing any of it without written permission is prohibited.
What you create remains yours: your journal entries, notes and forum posts belong to you.
7. Community spaces
The forum and community areas exist for respectful, educational discussion between members. Opinions posted by members are their own — they are not reviewed, endorsed or verified by AlphaPips Capital, and they are not advice. Do not present financial advice to other members, harass anyone, or post unlawful content. We moderate and may remove content or restrict accounts to protect the community.
8. Subscriptions, liability and the legal frame
Paid memberships are billed through our payment provider, Whop. Pricing, renewal and cancellation details are shown at checkout, and our Refund & Financial Policy forms part of these terms.
The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work hard on reliability, but we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AlphaPips Capital and its team are not liable for trading or investment losses, loss of profits, or indirect and consequential damages arising from use of the platform; our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived by contract.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and significant changes will be announced in the platform. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
